Usage:
The Video Letters will be used on the web and in the I love Japan Charity Live Event in the end of April.
A DVD of the Video Digest will be sent to each government office of the 3 states effected.
We are in discussion with Television channels to broadcast it on TV to convey the message to the victims effectively.
